    I requested combined postage as I had bought 3 dresses from the seller. The postage charge to me was £10.80 and the postage cost to the seller was £5.55. The seller had agreed a discount on two of the dresses and when I reminded the the seller about the combined postage discount they felt they did not want to issue it. Too bad as it spoiled an otherwise great eBay experience.

    This buyer asked for a reduction on two dresses girls dresses to £35 instead of £40 which I agreed to and as she purchased another item requested a refund on postage which I was happy to do . She paid for both items and immediately I issued a £5.40 refund for postage . The items were posted and received , then the buyer complained about the postage when I explained I had issued the refund she then demanded another £4 off the price of the items . This I didn’t agree to.
