    buyer mocked my religion and then used my defense to say I was "belligerent" I reported this buyer to eBay. Yes, I was late in shipping the card, apologized, and ultimately issued a full refund and let him keep the item BEFORE negative feedback was left. Nothing could make him happy for his $8 item.
