In the first part of the book, readers are taught how to pick out the equipment and facilities which are right for them. The authors also outline a conditioning programme which will help to prevent injuries. The second part shows readers how to use practice sessions and drills to broaden their arsenal of shots - forehand, backhand, passing, kill, backwall and ceiling shots. In the final part players are shown how to use their brains as well as their feet to cover the court, how to out-think their opponents, and how to play effective doubles and cut-throat games.

    Although the description details were misleading, the customer support was rather good. I ordered the 2-volume set of ‘Atlas Shrugged’, but received a single volume. It might not seem like much to others, but it’s a large book and a 2-set volume would have made it easier to read. In addition, poor packaging damaged the DJ.
