Condition for packaging was great. Value was not. Don't see how these were "heavy" packs at all. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee what comes in the packs, only the weight. Most buyers have reported Ex's, Pokeball/Masterball's, Full Arts, and SIR's. It's a gamble at the end of the day. Sorry to hear your experience wasn't the best, but I'm glad you liked the packaging. Hope you enjoy your promo as well! Best.
