    I purchased CeraVe cream on May 31st. I emailed seller on June 4th for a shipping update. I didn't receive a reply. I contacted eBay on June 10th because I hadn't received a reply or cream. Seller responded that there was a mix up at the post office that my item wasn't scanned. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but should have responded to me not after eBay got involved. I gave seller a neutral rating because I did receive cream on June 16th in new condition as described.

    It was a good price but there were issues with delivery. It was sent to the wrong address and I contacted the seller. They sent me a replacement, however, they sent the wrong product. I contacted the seller again and they said to return it, but they weren't providing a shipping label and I wasn't going to pay for shipping. In the end the seller sent me the correct product and told me to keep the wrong one.
