This company have been excellent they advised me what to do as it had not been dispatched but had been loaded on to the van for delivery next day. They told me not to accept delivery and that the delivery company would send it back to them, they would then give me a refund. The delivery young woman was very good but the customer services of that company was terrible, very rude and did not know his job.
