    Shipping was fine, and the price was good. Seems to work. Packaging was damaged (doesn’t really matter). However! The color is completely different than as shown. Pictured was a greyish blue with black text and possibly darker metal pieces (which could be the lighting). Delivered was an admiral blue with gold text and chrome metal. Also, the pictured item appears to perhaps have been a more premium matte PLA plastic, but the item delivered feels more like a cheaper ABS plastic.

    A different Giant Shuttlecock product arrived than the one displayed - a yellow one arrived. It arrived after over 2 weeks of ordering which makes me think it came from china. Very poor quality and came apart after less than 20 hits, making it unusable. For £20, it’s just not acceptable.
