    Great “first” publication.

    This book was published in 2000 and was the first time it was published. The book also was published in 2003 and a revised second edition published in 2006. This 2000 publication only had 2000 copies printed and is quite rare. I’m glad I purchased this copy which was in mint condition including the dust jacket. I highly recommend especially at this $50 price. Thanks
