    Slow dispatch. Recorded it as sent on 25/08 but packaging label clearly shows it was sent 27/08. Dishonest. Plus left leg not attached as shown in picture but loose.

    Buyer was advised by e-mail on 25th that dispatch would be delayed and was content with this. There appeared to be no need to change the case marking of 'dispatched' as a result. No dishonesty was involved.The leg was attached when posted in a bubble-wrap-lined box. I can only assume it has shaken loose in the post and invite the buyer to approach Royal Mail to make a claim.
