About this product

Product Information

The West Norfolk is the oldest hunt in the country and Vic Brown traces its sources back to Sir Thomas Le Strange in 1534. The foxhounds were split between different parts of the country but as time went by communications improved and Royalty moved into Sandringham, the Hunt became more unified and more fashionable. After five years research going through hunting diaries and collecting pictures and memorabilia, the author has created an incomparable standard of detail and comprehensiveness. Although many runs are described it is also a social history of Norfolk and its landed estates which with over 300 colour and black and white illustrations, makes this a must have for all who love hunting and the county of Norfolk. 300 colour & b/w illustrations

5⭐ Seller. Beautiful items, albeit one item was faulty. The seller handled the issue promptly, efficiently and was most gracious in resolving (even over the Easter bank holiday weekend when they were closed!). Goods were packaged superbly to ensure safe transit and arrival. Communications were excellent; friendly, helpful and considerate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this 5⭐ seller - thank you

These plates were a birthday gift for myself . They were really carefully packaged and arrived quickly . I absolutely love them! They are so unique and beautiful . The seller was so lovely - excellent communication and gave me some background on the person who had donated the plates. I’ve bought loads on EBay - this seller is one of the very best. Highly recommended 💕
