    Compelling yet lacking

    I was put off buying this game due to the negative reviews people have given it. But I had finally caved in and I decided to go ahead and buy it. The base game is pretty boring in terms of story as their is no explanation or backstory. Questions were left unanswered, such as; "Why was my guardian dead?" and "What happened in the war that happened centuries ago?". Not to mention the entire game is all online. The next two expansions also gave some content but never really answered the questions it left me with. It did give more missions and strikes as well as more gear, so it wasn't that bad. But I could have still played the game without those two expansions and I would be alright. The Taken King is truly what saved the game from being a complete failure.     Great entry into games

    I have the ps3 as a budget 3d blu ray player, and so playing games is just something else the ps3 can do ;) I already had an bundled copy of Destiny when i decided to purchase 'The Taken King' for the upgrade. It was cheap enough for me to take a punt, and guess what. The upgrade code worked. It was easier to enter the code on the PS3, than to purchase it through the Play station Network. Now i have access to the other levels of this game, along with its online environment, where you can go on missions with other players. As for upgrading the player, i think i'll wait until the PS5, by then the ps4's will be a bargain. ;) Mean time there's always my PC for Destiny 2.

    Well worth the price!

    I bought this game for the add on destiny king add on. I find the game very compelling and definately worth the price. You do play it online and the codes said and old expiry date but they did still work.

    Product in new conditikn and deivered fast

    I am frustrated that i bought this thinking i would get all the taken king content and the codes for taken king have expired so for me it was very dissappointing i dont remember this being made clear in the advert
