Only issue: the charger provided was the wrong model’s and the correct charger was out of stock. The solution Dyson offered was to exchange the whole product for another one, which was a lot of fuss and not logical when only a new charger was needed… I ended up buying a charger from a third party which was a more efficient and quick solution despite the extra cost. Great refurbished vacuum cleaner anyway, happy buyer :)
