    The postage was expensive £ 3.39, packaging was OK. The corduroy trousers wasn't as described. Wasn't Value for Money. The corduroy trousers ( Red) were written as a sie 12 but they were about a size 18 at least. They were huge on me. I asked the seller if I could get a refund and she was very sarcastic and said I'm not a shop, I sell my on items , and refused to refund me. I lost out on £20 at least, . DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET CONNED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!

    I would like to explain why I find is this unfair. My trousers were listed for £20, they are beautiful trousers in Excellent condition, the label is clearly visible, they are wide fit and I accept some brands may come up larger but nowhere near an 18? The lady asked to buy for less so I reduced them and posted 48hrs tracked, I paid more postage than she did & sent them in a lovely bag. They don’t fit and she asked for a refund, I simply explained that I am a private seller not a shop.
