    Helps but bottle only half full

    I bought this product as it was recommended by a friend. I have ‘restless legs’ and it worked in terms of helping me have a more restful night. My big gripe is that the bottle was only around half full when delivered. I had to keep shaking the bottle to get the contents down past the empty bit as the empty bit was so long! Shame, as it did help but at such poor value I won’t buy it again.

    Worth a try for restless legs

    It seems to work. I'm sleeping better and only now realised how twitchy my legs used to be. If you have trouble sleeping it is definitely worth a try.
