ego products are great.. the batteries are very pricey however.. but if gas stays this expensive.. it'll be a toss up.. still the power is awesome.. the two nozzles, wide and confined.. are perfect.. If your looking for power this is not it
It’s not as strong as what it’s leading you to think. It has power, to get the full effect power the battery is not strong enough it only last about 20 to 30 minutes run time, to get the full 90 minutes has to run on medium power with out turbo power. Guess What? This thing Blows!

Powerful and light
This blower is powerful and the 5 amp hour battery really is nice for longer use between charging. It isn't nearly as powerful as my 4 cycle backpack blower but then again it doesn't weigh 35lbs, it is very light ( I'm 72 y.o. male) and it is nicely balanced. The larger battery is a bit heavier than the 2.5 amp hour batter on my other blower but it still is easy to carry around without fatigue. It comes with a shoulder strap but haven' t found need to use it. Actually I've been using this far more even for the big jobs around the house, I live on a 8 acre wooded lot so tons of leaves on both porches and around the house.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Pricey but good
A little pricey for a handheld blower but it is definitely much quieter and more convenient than a loud and stinky 2 cycle backpack blower. I would not use it for a landscaping business only because I don't think it would hold up to nearly continuous run time at full speed all day...it might, but I just wouldn't use it for that...this is perfect for the average homeowner with an acre or less, depending on how thick your tree coverage is.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Found A hidden gem while shopping.....
So.... yea the ego blower is great! Wish it lasted longer on a 5ah battery but none the less its a serious piece of equipment. What pleased me more was the level of customer service!!!! The most powerful leaf blower I've ever owned
This thing is powerful! Made short work of the leaves in our yard. Could probably be repurposed as an alternate form of propulsion for a boat or cart ;) I'd recommend getting 1 or two of the larger capacity EGO batteries, all that power can eat through a fully charged battery pretty quickly.
