I asked if they could air the replacement, they did not reply to that request, that wasn't cool. Received it Aug 6. I needed tires for an event on Aug 2. Good customer service would have been for them to see that the first shipment never left. I understand there is always risk, but this transaction wasn't good for me. I won't use this vendor again.
