New Items: We offer a 12-month warranty on all new items purchased from our eBay store. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, but excludes accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling.
Used and Refurbished Items: We offer a 30-day warranty on used and refurbished items purchased from our eBay store. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage due to misuse or accidental damage.
What is Covered?
Repairs: If the repaired item fails due to a defect in the work carried out or the parts used, we will repair or replace it under warranty.
New Items: For new items, we will cover any defects in material or workmanship that affect the performance or function of the product under normal use.
