My package was appropriately packaged and the seller communicated with me quickly and guided me through the ebay process for a refund and this was approved very quickly. Item was valued at a good price due to it being a retired product which was further added by the postage costs as item came from overseas country. Packaging was done pretty well by protecting the item from damage while being shipped. I also appreciate the item arriving on time at the correct date.
