They admitted it was probably a ‘return’ that should have been checked & offered a refund on return, without mentioning a replacement. I spent an hour assembling the loose parts so requested a discount. This was declined with a return the only option. I've come across many sad people with an attitude like yourself on eBay who think they are owed something in life and for very little input. You are a horrible person and I wish you good luck in the future.
