They replied that THEY MADE A MISTAKE INTHE LISTING THEY ONLY HAD A LEASH. NOT MY PROBLEM. I asked for a half refund of 6 dollars for the missing collar and half the shipping for a total of a 9 dollar refund. The seller refused. He said return the item for a 12 dollar refund nothing for the shipping.At this point I'm losing money. This is false advertising.
