      Package was shipped inside a thin bubble wrap envelope. Package traversed the continental USA via ground transportation. At sometime during shipping something heavy fell upon the calculators face including the keyboard, display unit and printer assembly leaving the calculator's interior 120 VAC and electronics open to certain electrical shock. Contacting the seller was a very positive experience resulting in the seller refunding the sales price plus shipping. The calculator was thrown away.
