    good quality product, great value for money and excellent range of accessories, good software support..

    Reliable pieces of hardware, good smartphone software including web interface and very good customer support. Good range of accessories at a very reasonable cost making it one of the most cost effective smart home systems out there. Hub only has Ethernet connection, no WiFi support which might be an issue for some people but I prefer wired connections for such devices for reliability.

    Very erratic operation - do not buy

    This is an absolute horror show of a product if you are looking for switches to work over IFTTT or indeed with any of the scenarios from within the MiHome App itself Switching is extremely erratic with some switching on off and others not. The Hub seems to flash green and sometimes red but doesn't do anything and you do need to keep it attached permanently to the router with a cable. The remote control function works ok but using the switches this way kind of defeats the objective I had of having lights around the home automated and it only can control 4 switches anyway Would not recommend at all - in fact avoid!

    Very unreliable, one adapter works okay most times, other 2 only work with nothing plugged into them. Waste of money
