    FurI is chopping good!

    Have other Furi kitchen knives as well as a set of Globals that I’ve had since well before MKR made them so popular. In my opinion Furi are every bit as good as Global & perhaps better designed for Australia’s love of Asian-fusion food. The Furi veg chopper is an excellent tool for cutting large root vegetables down to size & equally for fine chopping. I love it! SteveE

    Quality Pro Knife

    Solid build design, 25 year guarantee. Has a wide flat blade great for chopping veggies. A medium weight knife, as expected from good steel. Features an edged handle which I love but others may find unwieldy if not used to holding a knife properly. Comes razor sharp out of the box as you would expect. The balancing feels just right on this knife. If you learn how to sharpen it properly you'll have a quality long lasting experience with this one. Remember, good cooks don't buy every knife, they buy what they need and take care of it.
