    Product is good quality but subscription expensive

    Easy enough to set up. Went round in circles on the website for a bit but got there in the end. There is a lot to navigate through on the web page. Understanding what is and what constitutes to being a message and will you be charged extra. Got there in the end :-))

    You want something useful, you pay. This is very useful and....very expensive!

    The initial hardware cost and then the annual subscription ARE expensive, granted. However, the peace of mind it brings is worth it alone and then its simplicity in use for tracking and reporting in is remarkable.
