Almost unknown subject
Because of the secret nature of the Soviet Union, much of the history of World War II on the Russian front is unknown to we in the West. I've been reading about World War II since I was 12 years old and this is the first time that I knew that women served as pilots fighting the Nazis. Very enlightening. I wish there was more. Myles has done a very nice job of telling the story.
