I ship all my clothing items in poly mailers and have never had this issue. The item did not leave my home in damaged packaging, but maybe USPS would appreciate your feedback for how your package was handled by them. You were charged $4.51 for shipping and I paid $4.08 for the shipping label. I also paid for the poly mailer, tape, paper, printer ink, and gas for my car to take the package to the post office.
