    Unfortunately the seller made an honest mistake, he accidentally underpaid the postage charge so the postal service held on to the parcel 📦. The seller gave me a full refund so as I paid the outstanding cost £4.10 . The correct thing I will do under the circumstances is to donate to a local charity shop ( British Heart Foundation).
