The description could've done a better job describing the item condition and just said "fast dispatch next day", however, the photos were clear in its condition as "Like New". The item was purchased on Wednesday night, dispatched Friday morning and arrived Monday morning. Packaging was well-secure and the item matched the condition as described. While there was no shrinkwrap, the disc has no stratches and the code-in-the-box was not already used, which was good.
