    Item arrived damaged and unrepairable. I feel completely cheated and ripped off. Seller has done nothing to resolve it other than blame the post or even myself for the damage, even though on close inspection of the images you can see where the damage is - conveniently no photo was taken of this end of the bag so it’s extremely hard to see but is there. It has been months and I have only received communication when I’ve chased it. Disappointed. I would not buy from this seller if I were you.

    Seller had the item for a number of days before raising concern. The item was in perfect condition when posted. I raised the issue with royal mail to claim compensation to refund the buyer but they said as the packaging was not damaged they would not be liable. I have been an eBay seller since 2015 and never had a negative review. At the time of purchase the seller had no feedback so I was sceptical but as payment cleared I posted. Will not be selling to people with no feedback in future. :(
