    Seller was very helpful - the vase was well packed with bubble wrap, wool cushioning and newspaper and marked fragile but despite this, it must have been thrown around in transit and was sadly cracked on arrival. The seller responded quickly and very kindly issued me with a refund so no harm done (apart from for the poor seller!).
