I sent a note to the seller that if the book was a different edition to please not send it. Very promptly, they sent multiple pictures and messages confirming the quality/edition. The book arrived wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap and in pristine condition - a like for like replacement. Very pleased with my experience and had a competitive rate. The item was received damaged and there was nothing inside the box it was placed in to cushion it's transportation. I spent almost $51 and seller did not want any responsibility. I sent pictures. A few more messages back and forth after calling (no chat customer service on Ebay anymore!!) and opening a return request, they finally gave half my money back that I was asking for.
