    The cable was priced right, packed well, and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, it didn't work when it arrived. I had to remove the straight end plug and refix it so the ground connection made contact. Perhaps it was tested prior to shipment and was sufficiently jostled to need repair, but I strongly suspect that it wasn't. I communicated the issues to the seller but weeks later received no response, hence the "Neutral" rating.
