    The ring was advertised as white gold in 14K. I sent it back and the seller says it was not in the package. Right. The ring was sterling silver. Not 14K but I paid for it like it was 14K. I contacted the seller and they said "I am not a jeweler, and, had it tested at a jeweler." "Send it back and I will refund you". Yea right. A professional did not mix up 14 K white gold and sterling. And now they are refusing to refund me saying the ring was not in the box. Look out for this seller.

Regretfully, some individuals seem to feel compelled to leave unfriendly feedback or less-than-kind remarks, regardless of actual circumstances. It’s probable less a reflection of the experience and more about a certain bitter disposition, a personal tendency to express negativity.
