The APS-C sensor on the Fujifilm digital SLR camera has the ability to create a beautiful "bokeh" effect, which provides the aesthetic, out-of-focus effect created when shooting with a shallow depth of field. With approximately 2.36 M dots of resolution and 100 percent coverage, the Fujifilm X-E1 display panel provides incredible detail to frame and focus the user’s shots. Moreover, the 16.3 MP digital SLR camera contains numbered dials for aperture, shutter speed, and exposure compensation, and is equipped with a viewfinder that allows the user to select composition. Furthermore, the Fujifilm digital SLR camera is equipped with an internal flash. Lastly, the Fujifilm digital SLR camera features quick start of 0.5 seconds, shutter time lag of 0.05 seconds, autofocus of 0.1 seconds, and high-speed continuous shooting of 6 fps.

    Fuji X-E1, a mixed bag

    While the camera is capable of superb imaging, learning to use the controls is time consuming. It is very much like an old range finder camera from the 1950s and 1960s. The camera mode is not selected with the top mounted dials, but rather the shutter speed and exposure compensation. Most other settings are buried in the menus. But nonetheless, a provision was made for quick access to commonly used variables via the "Q" button. Just takes a while to get used to the interface!

    Fuji Xe1

    If you just want excellent photos, this is the camera to have, easy to use, excellent build quality. The Xe1 is to big for your pocket but small enough to carry comfortably. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but it is fun to use.

    the x trans sensor is fantastic

    first let me say i shoot nothing but raw files and i use all the major brands of dslr cameras, the bayer sensor is great and i love it, but there is something magical about the x trans filter, first the fact that it doesn't have or need a anti aliasing (low pass filter) now i do all of my workflow with lightroom,camera raw, and finally photoshop. first let say something about the camera itself, i have vast amounts of legacy nikkor lenses and vast amounts of m-42 screw mount classic legacy lenses and with the appropriate adapters all of these lenses can be used successfully on the fuji camera , with stunning results. thank you

    Compared To My Nikon DSLR It Shatters It

    I've been an Avid Nikon User For Years and Didn't Think Any Thing Could Be Better But I Was Wrong!!! For a Compact Camera With A APS-C Sensor and Fuji's Colors and Dynamic Range And Only 16.3 MP it Is Just As Good As My Nikon D800E With 36MP In My Opinion It's Better I Was Astonished And The Image Quality!!!! Sharp With Beautiful Colors Right out Of The Camera RAF Raw Files You Would Only Do Minor Adjustments If Any.... Fuji Did a Beautiful Job With This Kit... The Image Quality at High ISO's Are Phenomenal you Could Barely See Any Noise In The Highest ISO Settings....😱😱 ..     First venture into Fujiland

    I currently do real estate photography and vacation pictures with my family. I’ve been a Minolta/Sony user since the early 90s and I read incredible reviews about the new Fuji Mirella systems and their color profiles. This is my first venture into this but so far I’m very impressed especially with the actual Diles to maneuver through menus.
