    I think the re.ote is very good quality just 1 problem the volume control doesn't work either up or down. Not a big problem, it's the only button every other one works fine. Apart from that I would recommend it. Very pleased

    Product does not work

    We went on holiday just after arrival and will return next week. However when we tried to use after inserting new batteries the red light shows but the controls do not work. You did not send any set up instructions. The model is same as my old unit so we presumed it should just work as normal. Please send help instructions to my email or instructions on how to return the product to you.

    Nifty

    This product needs programming to your box and also your tv. This takes 5 mins on utube Once you know this and set it up properly it’ll work like a charm. It’ll control tv volume and switch it off as well as working with the virgin media box.
