The figurine I bought arrived broken into 6 pieces. It was definitely the fault of USPS, because the box corner was heavily bashed in and a side had a hole punctured in it. Luckily, this was not a rare figurine and I could easily find a replacement. Sticker listing was advertised as "perfect condition" and "pristine", but the way the sheet was packaged and sent was extremely poor which caused it to be damaged during shipping. I got a message saying to send it back for a refund, but I asked them to refund me the cost of return shipping, because I should not have to pay money out of my pocket due to poor packaging. I've checked in several times, and they do not return messages.
