Needed to cancel item as had purchased wrong colour. Due to automated service couldn't do so. So when package arrived it was rejected, but courier, "EVRi", sneaked back and left item around side of house (so they'd get paid for delivery, even though it was rejected). Contacted seller who was fine about me returning it for a refund. EVRI was very hard to get in touch with regarding matter (as it's mostly automated). Eventually package collected, and refunded. Seller is 100% excellent.. A++++++++
