POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES -

Pueden darse distintas circunstancias para proceder a la devolución de un pedido.

1.) El producto recibido sufre daños durante el transporte. Al recepcionar la mercancía debe asegurarse que el paquete externamente esté en buen estado y no presente síntomas de haber recibido algún golpe, de ser así deberá rechazar el envío reflejando la incidencia en el albarán del transportista y notificárnoslo al departamento de Atención al Cliente durante las 24 horas siguientes.

Una vez recepcionado su pedido deberá abrirlo y comprobar que la mercancía aparentemente no presenta ninguna anomalía.

2.) Mercancía defectuosa. Si detectas algún defecto en el funcionamiento del artículo dispones de 7 días hábiles desde la recepción de la mercancía para proceder a su devolución. Debes notificarlo al departamento de Atención al cliente, describiendo claramente el defecto que presenta la mercancía.

3.) Derecho de desistimiento. Dispones de catorce días naturales a contar desde la fecha de recepción del producto para ejecutar el derecho de devolución o desistimiento. El trámite para la devolución deberás iniciarlo notificando al departamento de Atención al cliente tu intención de desistir en la compra del artículo. El coste del transporte de la devolución es a cargo del comprador

En los casos de desgaste o deterioro del producto por causas que no se deban exclusivamente a su prueba para tomar una decisión de compra, The Domotic Shop acordara con el cliente el importe a devolver.

Para proceder a la devolución o el cambio de producto recuerde que tiene que solicitar la devolución a nuestro departamento de Atención al cliente, indicando el motivo por el que solicita la devolución y le indicaremos como hacernos llegar el articulo devuelto.

Recuerde que para poder proceder a la devolución de un producto se deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos

REQUISITOS PARA REALIZAR UNA DEVOLUCIÓN

1.) Haber adquirido el producto a través de nuestra tienda de Ebay https://www.ebay.es/str/thedomoticshop

2.) Estar dentro del plazo establecido de 30 días naturales desde la recepción del pedido.

3.) El producto deberá estar en idénticas condiciones a las que fue enviado, incluyendo los manuales, accesorios, regalos promocionales, y en general todo aquello que vaya unido a la compra del mencionado producto. En el caso de no recibirse todo el material (accesorios, manuales, embalaje, etc) que se incluyó en el envío inicial, el producto sufrirá una depreciación que se repercutirá al consumidor.

4.) En todo caso, deberá corresponder el número de serie del producto con el que conste en los archivos de The Domotic Shop.

5.) La devolución del producto (cuando esté defectuoso y siempre autorizado por nuestro departamento de Atención al cliente) se podrá gestionar de las siguientes formas:

a) Enviarlo a través de empresa de transporte a la tienda Origen del producto.

Una vez recibido el producto en la tienda, el servicio técnico evaluará el producto y certificará la aplicación de la garantía. Si por algún motivo el producto no cumple con nuestra política de garantías, te lo comunicaríamos y enviaríamos el mismo producto sin reparar o cambiar a tu domicilio, esta vez a portes debidos. Si el producto cumple con los requisitos de la garantía, y el coste de reparación es menor al coste del producto, se repararía y te lo enviaríamos de nuevo a tu domicilio con todos los problemas solucionados, sin ningún gasto de transporte asociado. Si la reparación resulta con un coste desproporcionado, entonces te ofreceremos otras alternativas:

• Enviarte un producto similar

• Ofrecerte un descuento adicional en el producto

• Devolución del total de importe.

6.) El producto deberá estar perfectamente embalado para evitar daños e incidencias en el transporte.

En los casos donde nuestro departamento postventa detecte que el producto devuelto ha sido manipulado indebidamente por parte del cliente, no se aceptara la devolución, y en caso de que se aceptase, no se devolverá la totalidad del importe abonado en la compra.
