I got this early on in the week come very fast . I use this to day very easy to use not to heavy it quite big like a upright hoover so bear this in mind . Come with all parts to do stairs and corners . Anyway got it out filed it up and got down to cleaning the carpets and rugs .wow I was shocked to how good it worked and how much dirt it picked up it wasn’t to heavy to move about for a home use cleaner it hold quite lot water and don’t leave the carpet soaking wet .its brought the carpets up looking lovely and clean . I have large house and big room costs me quite lot money every time to get my carpets cleaned so this now goin to save me money also have 12 months warranty .. What a brilliant machine! It took less than five minutes to put it together. Nowhere near as heavy as some machines I have used in the past. Very easy to use, a good length of hose when doing the stairs plus the attachments very easy to fit, Didn't use the pre-treatment wand so can't comment but used the upright in the lounge, 3 bedrooms & it cleaned the carpets lovely. I highly recommend .

Excellent Machine
Used first time today and no problems at all. Bit heavy compared to previous cleaner which was lightweight to be fair and took many fillings/emptyings to clean my ground floor. This machine is perfect for the job. I refilled once and emptied dirty water tank twice. It certainly lets you know when the dirty water tank is full, the float activates suction off and the motor pitch changes to a higher gear. I need to experiment with cleaning fluid to water ratios as I declined the free fluid supplied in favour of my own multi machine liquid. Maybe try the Vax cleaner next time. Noise is acceptable and effort is average to propel the machine comfortably. Overall a competent hard working cleaning machine. You must empty and rinse both clean water tank and dirty water tank thoroughly when ... Used first time today and no problems at all.
