      Came very well packed in a case. Should have said on aluminum case “take out of case with instructions on how to remove from box. The instructions for install were terrible, luckily between my dad & i we remembered how the wires went. Hint take a picture of the wires before you take out old timer. If you know where wires go the i stall is super easy.

      Keep it simple

      I have used different versions of the Intermatic 101 for many years. They seldom give me any trouble, keep time and are easy to adjust as well as wire. I have tried other brands and ALWAYS have trouble with them within a year. For me, keeping it simple always works best and this is as simple as it gets.

      Good, but will wear out

      The only issue I have is the projected life of the timer. Intermatic told me to expect about 10 years of life before a metal cam wore out, which happened to my original one.
