The caps are easy to take and the packet reseals. Bottles are probably easier to reuse. The contents are easy to swallow and have zero flavour and no taste revisits. Is it what the company says? Be very careful with this high dose. I've taken garlic capsules (regular dose) for many years. It's too high a dose, garlic can excoriate soft tissue linings. As it has with me, very painful, which stopped when I ceased use of it. Test it for a week is my advice, or stick with a lower dose. Ex Health professional.
