Can be worn cuffed for a watch cap type look, or can be worn with cuff rolled down (i.e. no cuff) to give the hat extra length so much so that the top can flop a bit giving that slouchy/baggy look. I have a big head and it fits perfectly rolled out which is what I was looking for. Great price and made in the USA. If you're on the fence about buying it, I would definitely recommend. A+++ seller.
