The Pump was substantial with a metal spray pipe. The bottle arrived damaged but a replacement is being sent. The photo of the unopened damp and dented package was clear proof. I offered to accept a small refund to compensate the lost liquid, but as the bottle was still leaking, I accepted their counter offer of a new bottle. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Clearly the problem was with the shipper not themselves!!! Have yet to try the spray.

I ordered 2 tubs of powdered moss killer which arrived bang on time. During transit one of the tubs was smashed leaving the powder dispersed in the package, an occurrance not the fault of the vendor. I got in touch with this them explaining the issue and asked them to send an empty tub as most of the powder was salvageable. Instead they wasted no time sending me another full tub. With service like this, is there any reason to buy elsewhere?

Can’t really see the point of this product being as you have to hand wash after using it. Just an extra chore to do. Used it and was impressed by the amount of thick foam but after leaving it for 10 mins then washing it off it still left the dirt in vast amounts upon the body work. Sorry but it’s a pointless exercise. I know now that it states it lifts grime and you still have to hand wash but the experience I had it didn’t lift any? And I used it twice eg two cars and one wasn’t that dirty but still didn’t make any difference. Looks impressive when it covers your car in a thick layer of foam disappointing when you see that a sponge and water is all you need. You live and learn. Don’t waste your money. Eg followed instructions to the T 1 part to three parts water, warm. Past it on to a ... Can’t really see the point of this product being as you have to hand wash after using it. First time snow foam user
Bought this as it was best value and non caustic according to the description. It foams up really well with a snow foam bottle also purchased from ebay. A 50/50 water to foam ratio worked well. I used a 1 litre snow foam bottle to do 2 cars. Next time I might try to be more economical. I left the thick creamy lather stand for 10 minutes then rinsed. It cleans well just with snow foam but I did an after wash too using a wash mitt and shampoo and compared before and after photos. As a pre wash it is excellent and well worth the extra effort. Used on a regular basis you may not need to carry out an after wash like I did. The wheels however still needed a good clean with a wash mitt however as it did not remove all the brake dust - which is good as it would be too caustic I believe. All in all ... What A Shiney Car......
I was a bit dubious at first in using something like this snow foam as I never thought that I could get my car to look any "Shinier" but I was wrong as now it absolutely gleams just like it did when it was new. It only took a little effort to spray it on with my Karcher using 30% mixture then fill rest of bottle with hot water. I agitated it a bit on car with a noodle sponge on to the bodywork then just hosed it off.
