Great service, saved money replacing oven. Thank you very much for the control board repair, worth the wait, very detailed instructions helps very much. Did take time but outcome was worth it. I get not all are repairable, read everything to understand process. Removing and shipping board, repair then they return it. Long process patience saves you in the long run. Kitchen aid and whirlpool same design some same parts so confirm with your model if they can assist. Pictures help.

I sent my board in and waited a total of 18 business days and nearly 30 calendar days since they confirmed receipt of my part. I was told it is being worked on for a week straight and to call back the next day. I had to be the one to call day after day. Only to be told after all this delay that they were unable to repair this board and keeping 3/4 of the repair fee. This is the worst service I have received to date.

This guy values time enough to complain about a delay, but mad because we didn't donate our time for free by keeping our diagnostic fee. We will literally take a bullet for our customers so long as they respect our time and our employees. This guy was disrespectful towards us. We don't tolerate that type of behavior. We will never apologize for honoring and defending our employees. Despite his behavior, we still gave his repair 100% of our effort. Unfortunately some parts are beyond repair.
