    The procedure and directions were thorough, and easy to use and understand. When I called, the lady I spoke to was pleasant and knowledgeable she saved me the trouble of sending my touch pad with the control board. The technician who did the repair called me when he finished explained the complete repair and the warranty. I had the control board back (1300 miles away) in six days from the day they received it. Best price I could find, this repair saved me $3000, 22 year old oven works like new.

    Thanks for an excellent repair on my kenmore elete 40 inch control board. Needed a couple extra parts not covered in their listed repair.
