good item and saves a lot of pain
I bought this product due to a stin in my groin and find it very useful and satisfying, one comment I would make is that it says keep it in the freezer when not being used. I would nt reccomend that. Reusable Hot or Cold Gel Pack
I only use this as a cold pack as I suffer from migraines. This is good quality and it came really quickly. Really easy to just store it in the freezer and to take it out when you need to, I haven't tested it as a hot pack yet, but so far it is helping me. Good product. Recommended.

Cold packs are well known to be great for injuries - sprains, muscle aches, pretty much anything swollen, etc. Makes it feel better, and heal quicker. But what are your options? - Simple tap water, frozen into ice: The problem with this is it sets hard, and as it starts to melt it's difficult to stop water from leaking everywhere. - Frozen vegetables: Hard and knobbly so not the best either, also tend to leak a little bit as they thaw, and if they thaw too much you'll probably end up throwing the vegetables out. For just a few quid, these provide you a much better alternative. They're still soft and pliable even when frozen, and don't leak everywhere. They hold their temperature very well so can be used for a long time. As an additional bonus, you can use them in cool bags etc; ... I've used this brand for many years and they need replacing every 2 or 3 years as the gel can't take too many heat cycles. I find it best for a warm pack, heating in microwave. Take care not to over heat as it will burst or just degrade quicker. Can use as a cold pack but frankly a bag of peas kept in the freezer is much better. Cold treatment for 3 minutes followed by the heat gel for 5 or 10 is great for knee or other similar problems.I've used this brand for many years and they need replacing every 2 or 3 years as the gel can't take too many heat cycles. Ice packs to help relive itchy arms
I have damage to my neck vertebrae c5/c6 which cause a condition known as Brachioradial Pruitus , this causes extreme itches on my arms Ice packs are helpful in easing the itch. I bought two of these so I can use one while the other is still in the freezer. These ice packs are good quality and hopefully will last for some time. They can also be used hot but I’ve not tried that yet.
