They are not made from the correct wood, and are a much worse style than advertised. I do not like them, nor would anyone else buying this specific style “sono wood” plugs. When messaged they stated they have 2 different suppliers with 2 different styles, and apparently chose to send me the worse/cheaper ones, that again are of wrong/bad quality.False advertising. Their solution was me to send plugs back, at extracost to myself?!? What?
