    Following my criticisms in my feedback above I received a prompt call from the seller South Essex Fasteners. The gentleman was apologetic t I had had problems with setting the rivets and said that he had not come across that reported problem before. He said that usually a Lazy Tong type of gun would be used which would complete the set in a single movement, not needing multiple bites at the draw pin. He offered to refund 50% of the cost of the rivets. I felt this was very fair and accepted.
