The main surprise was the item was undamaged and works well as the box was almost destroyed and was taped back together by the courier.
The box also contained a superfluous part which wasn't part of the twin tub. Seller had no ideas either. I guess the packaging was damaged before sending.
I sent a photo of the very damaged packaging but no response about it from the seller.
I never got confirmation code to collect the item from my local shop. Luckily the shop was very helpful.
