The tubes are fine and they work well but you must make sure that any starter units are not of chinese manufacture as this will result in your tubes failing earlier.Chinese starters break down and you see the flourecent light flashing on and off with white ends so you know the starter is at fualt so be warned buy british or european starters only.

WEMLITE TUBES
I've had our fly killer for 15 years and had to change the tubes a few times. The last set were WEMLITE Brand as well and lasted for over 7 years being used 24/7. Previously I tried another brand that only lasted under 1 year. So I would recommend this brand of tube.

Seem OK but don't seem very bright
Quite good but these tubes don't seem as visibly bright as those originally supplied with the flykiller unit (our's uses 2x tubes) .
